The rubberized coating on the controller has some scuffs, smudges and wear from being handled while still in the packaging (see photos). The coating on these controllers is notorious for becoming sticky and attracting dust as it ages and it become increasingly susceptible to scuffs and scratches.
The braided controller cable is still wrapped in its original foam/tie.
Documentation envelope in new/unopened.
Original packaging is complete and in good condition.
